As you can see, I'm trying 'linstor sp l' during a much longer period:
[OSL] root at cmp3:~# date; systemctl restart linstor-satellite
Tue May 12 19:15:46 EEST 2020
[OSL] root at cmp3:~# date; linstor sp l

WARNING:
Description:
No active connection to satellite 'cmp3'
Details:
The controller is trying to (re-) establish a connection to the satellite. The controller stored the changes and as soon the satellite is connected, it will receive this update.
