[DRBD-user] Duplicate external name error with 1.1.0 update

Hi,

I just updated my linstor cluster from 1.0.1 to 1.1.0 and got the 
attached error on the Controller node.
linstor-controller will crash at start.

With a Downgrade to 1.0.1 my systems are working again.

Have anyone of you a idea what could cause this Problem and how to fix it?
