Maybe yes, maybe no, I have not looked into it.

There were some good hints from Wolfgang in this thread:
[DRBD-user] Linstor-Proxmox plugin 3.0.2-1 on PVE 5.2-11

This will at least be my starting point when I have time to "fix" things
that are not broken.
