[DRBD-user] STORK driver source code

Hi Christoph,

I just sent a PR which adds desired functionality for the stork driver.
I already built docker images and pushed it to Kube-Linstor project.
Stork scheduler is working as a charm.

Thanks a lot for such cool opportunity!
