[DRBD-user] linstor-satellite connection issues after upgrade

Dear colleagues,

after upgrade to 1.7.0 (Ubuntu 18.04):

# dpkg -l |grep linstor

I see the following strange behaviour (note - there are no iptables 
filters on the hosts; everything else has no connectivity issues; cmp3 
is exactly the same as cmp1 and cmp2; there are no errors in linstor 
controller/satellite logs) - without any actions from my side, warning 
about connectivity to cmp3 floats between different pools:
