[DRBD-user] allow-two-primaries problem

Tested right now, 3 nodes, DRBD 9.0.17-1
(b9abab2dd27313922797d026542b399870bfd13e), Linux 4.8.11 amd64
I cannot reproduce the problem.

What is the exact status of the resources on those three nodes?
