[DRBD-user] Remove a DRBD resource

As far as I know, drbd-overview reads the configuration files
(e.g. in /etc/drbd.d/*.res)
As long as the resource is defined here, even when "down", drbd-overview
lists it as "unconfigured".
Try removing the config file.
