[DRBD-user] New Linstor sotrage driver for OpenNebula (unofficial)

Hi LINBIT team and the community!

I hasten to share the news, that I’ve developed new Linstor storage
addon for OpenNebula.
Yes, another one. This one is bash-written and have more native
implementation with OpenNebula.
It’s have central management, and does not requires any extra
dependencies on the compute nodes.
It is working with the latest OpenNebula 5.8 and supports all the
features which official driver does, even more!
