I am pretty sure that it is always 'hh:mm:ss', right? It never reports days? Assuming so, I already went ahead and wrote a simple parser that does ((hh*3600) + (mm*60) + sec) and that's working well enough. Having this type of info (setup for parsing by programs) in sysfs for drbd 9 though would be a lovely feature to have.
