qdisk required shared storage, and if you're using DRBD the chances are 
that you don't have a SAN. :-)

To avoid the shoot-out fencing issue with 2 nodes, you can always just put 
a sleep 15 in the RHCS fencing script on one node. A neater solution might 
insert a sleep based on the node ID.
