[DRBD-user] disconnecting hangs after ko-count failure

Thanks. I hope I've got time to do this tonight. I'll try to kill most of the running processes first.

Also, since I will reboot anyways then, I'll try 8.2.4 to see if it the problem goes away (the other node is already prepared with 8.2.4 and rebootet).
