[DRBD-user] New install problem, nothing comes up

Only 'heartbeat' needs to be set as start-on-boot, not services. I run
similar configuration on CentOS 5, with all services (which are
resources in my heartbeat config) removed from the startup.

Above output suggest nodes aren't connected, probably due to
split-brain. So you need to fix split-brain.

Heartbeat doesn't starts activating resources immediately after
starting. So you've to wait for sometime. Keep an eye on heartbeat
logs at primary.
