we routinely build for opensuse 10.3
(which aparently uses saner 2.6.22 kernel flavour),
there are no known issues.

I don't know about 11, but I guess that'll be fine, too.

as for 10 (and 10.1)...
even though these are outdated distribution releases,
if it was a problem in drbd, I'd _maybe_ even fix it,
(same would go for old fedora core things).

but the problem whith these somewhere-in-between-not-really-anything
based-on-some-or-other-kernel.org-rc-heavily-verndor-patched
you-get-the-idea kernels, if _their_ headers are broken,
I'd just not bother to work around it.
unless, of course, if it happened to be the very latest "enterprise"
release -- because we obviously would need to support those.
