with current out of the box drbd, no.
we have some unfinished bits and pieces though,
and want to support this setup in 0.8, or maybe in a
drbd-0.8-you-pay-us-for-usage-of-special-features version...
sorry, no timeline, yet.

what you can do is

 * drbd on top of LVM,
   every now and then LVM snapshot on current secondary,
   mount snapshot, rsync to off-site backup.

 * drbd on top of drbd
   
   current-local-primary  <-> remote-allways-secondary
           / \
   local-A <-> local-B

    where the stacked local drbd is a cluster resource, which is
    always stacked on top of the current local primary.
    its a tricky setup, at least when something went wrong,
    so think about a good emergency plan, and write every single step
    down. then exercise it twice :)
