The 0.7-package should take care, that an existing 0.6-drbd.conf is not damaged. Also 0.7 should not start an existing 0.6-drbd-device, because this could damage data. Both things are guaranteed by Lars' coding, what I have seen from the source. But an additional check will not be worse;-) Helmut Wollmersdorfer
