Hi, I currently use DRBD 0.6.12 on a two-node HA system used primarily for a PostgreSQL database. The filesystem is ext3. We're moderately happy with it, but elsewhere we are more pleased with the performance of XFS. The only reason we don't use it on our HA cluster is DRBD 0.6.12 doesn't work with XFS. Since DRBD 0.7.x is already at 0.7.3 (++, if you include SVN), I wonder: is DRBD 0.7.3 ready for primetime use on production systems, in tandem with a Linux 2.4.x (2.4.27 or newer) kernel and the XFS filesystem? Does anyone use this combination already and is either happy or unhappy with the mix? Thank you very much for your time. :) --> Jijo -- Federico Sevilla III : jijo.free.net.ph : When we speak of free software GNU/Linux Specialist : GnuPG 0x93B746BE : we refer to freedom, not price.
