This is exactly the same problem that i have reported under the subject 'oops 
on 2.6.5-rc3-bk2 + drbd-0.7-cvs'. The queue_lock that blk_run_queue() tries 
to use has not been initialised.
BTW: same problem with 2.6.5 final!

The "Debug: sleeping function called from invalid context at 
include/linux/rwsem.h:43" messages are mostly harmless.
