[Csync2] csync2-1.27 released

Hi,

I've just released csync2-1.27. It can be downloaded from the usual
location:

	http://oss.linbit.com/csync2/

The changes to csync2-1.26 are:

	- Added "TODO" file (for debian build process)

	- Fixed a bug in parsing 'slave hosts' in the config file

	- Added -W option
		This new option can be used to create a list of all
		directories which are managed by csync2 or do contain
		files managed by csync2. (for inotify watchers)

	- Added -cu combined mode
		Calling csync2 with '-cu' checks all hints in the hint
		database and updates the peer hosts. (for inotify watchers)

	- Added backup features
		Optionally backup files before modifying them.

Users of older versions should update to version 1.27 if they are using the
master-slave feature (i.e. hostnames in parentheses in the config file).
