I'm having troubles installing on Fedora Core 4

I've installed csync2 from the binaries

But I can't find the configuration file

And when I run csync2 I get this error

csync2: error while loading shared libraries:
libsqlite.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I've done a locate on that file and it's located in the /usr/local/lib
directory

What am I doing wrong!

Running these versions

Csync2-1.24

Librsync-0.9.7

Sqlite-2.8.16
