At the moment info about installed resource agents (RAs) comes from one
node, so it depends if it is installed there or not.

The DMC assumes that the same RAs are installed everywhere, but yes you
are right it does not have to be and it will be fixed. Application does
not have to be installed everywhere, just the resource agent.
