It's one of the bugs... For now, you would have to restart the wizard.

It should work. The MC checks only if drbdadm is installed, so if you 
installed DRBD from source with make and make install as root, it will be 
detected and if heartbeat was installed as well, you should be able to click 
"Next" button.
