[Csync2] connection problems

I have it almost working except the master computer for all files will not
connect to the slave computer

 

Here is the error I get

 

Connecting to host e-linweb02.e-web.local (PLAIN) ...

Can't connect to remote host.

ERROR: Connection to remote host failed.

Host stays in dirty state. Try again later...

Finished with 1 errors.

 

I can ping e-linweb02.e-web.local

And no Firewall is turned on.

 

Here is my config file
