Hi  Nishchal,

Which version of DRBD9 are you trying to build? We (ELRepo) have been
providing kmod-drbd 8 and 9 for RHEL 8/9. You are welcome to take a look at
the src.rpm.

drbd 9.1 for RHEL 8:
https://elrepo.org/linux/elrepo/el8/SRPMS/kmod-drbd90-9.1.13-1.el8_7.elrepo.src.rpm

drbd 9.2 for RHEL 8:
https://elrepo.org/linux/testing/el8/SRPMS/kmod-drbd90-9.2.2-1.el8_7.elrepo.src.rpm
