[DRBD-user] LINSTOR Operator v1 Migration Guide

Dear LINBIT SDS on Kubernetes users,

We are finally ready to announce our upgrade guide from LINSTOR
Operator v1 to v2.

The guide is available at https://charts.linstor.io/migration/

Following the announcement of the guide, we officially mark v1 as
obsolete. We will continue to support existing installations of
Operator v1 into 2024 to give everyone enough time to perform the
upgrade.
