[DRBD-user] possible kABI issue with package

Hi list , I am creating the rpm for centos 7 in the latest versions of
DRBD, and when I am installing it shows me a message:

WARNING: possible kABI issue with package: kmod-drbd

looking for something related to that warning, super google finds a
message from Lars Ellenberg in May 2020 ,

I am concerned about this message is that it says that it cannot
operate properly, and although I have created the rpm from the last
centos 7 kernel, the warning appears, is there any trick to solve the
problem itself?

I still need to do tests, but I ask if someone on the list has already
gone through that, and can suggest something.

package:

drbd-9.16.0-1.el7.x86_64.rpm
kmod-drbd-9.0.27_3.10.0_1160.15.2-1.x86_64.rpm

uname -r
3.10.0-1160.15.2.el7.x86_64
