[DRBD-user] Ubuntu Focal PPA

Dear DRBD users,

Today I found some time to start building for Ubuntu Focal. Please note
that this also means I stop building for Xenial. If you still need
Xenial support, we at LINBIT of course still build packages for our
customers.

For every new release of software X, I will also remove X from the
Xenial series.
