[DRBD-user] LVM global_filter question

I have a server with the following storage configuration, and I need to know how to write my LVM global_filter.



Here’s the storage stack for each block device. “vg” means volume group, “lv” means logical volume.



sda1, sdb1 -> md0 [raid1] -> /boot [ext4]

sda2, sdb2 -> md1 [raid1] -> /home [ext4]

sda3, sdb3 -> md2 [raid1] -> vg_root/lv_root -> / [ext4]

sda4, sdb4 -> md3 [raid1] -> vg_future/lv_future (currently unused)

nvme0n1p1, nvme1n1p1 -> md4 [raid1] -> vg_under_drbd0/lv_under_drbd0 -> drbd0 -> /data1 [ext4]

nvme2n1p1, nvme3n1p1 -> md5 [raid1] -> vg_under_drbd1/lv_under_drbd1 -> drbd1 -> /data2 [ext4]



If I understand correctly, it should be…



global_filter = [ "a|^/dev/md.*$|", "r/.*/" ]



Is that correct?
