[DRBD-user] Closing unexpected connection from primary node

Some hours ago I had resources hanging in connecting state too (9.0.20)
The nodes the resource wanted to connect to didn't listen on the
designated port (checked with netstat). drbadm adjust <resource> fixed
this: nodes listened again, and the outdated node could connect and sync.
