[DRBD-user] Missing Linstor/DRBD resource files after reboot

In the documentation it is mentioned only the first part, about
drbd.service unit, but not the latter, about the service and most
importantly the "--keep-res" parameter which crucial for having the HA
controller VM available.
Could you please add that missing piece of information into documentation
as well?
