such a .res_tmp file would be very interesting. Our best guess is that
it is a problem somewhere else, but there are also two other potential
cases:
- LINSTOR generates an invalid .res file.
- the drbdadm rejects it even if it should be valid.

Both cases would need a fix. If we get hold on such a res file, we could
then confirm or rule out these two cases.
