[DRBD-user] Error message: Failed to create meta-data for DRBD volume

One step which people usually miss, or misconfigure, is to setup lvm
filters properly in /etc/lvm/lvm.conf file. Make sure that you have
correctly added into lvm scan only devices that are really needed and
remove  all the rest.
