[DRBD-user] LINSTOR snapshots problem

Try using the 'snapshot resource restore' command as documented at 
https://docs.linbit.com/docs/users-guide-9.0/#s-linstor-snapshots . The 
command 'snapshot volume-definition restore' just creates volume 
definitions matching those at the time of the snapshot.
