[DRBD-user] Some nodes shown as offline on other nodes

One way to solve this is: do not use drbdmanage anymore. It is end of life
and will not developed anymore.

Instead use Linstor: https://docs.linbit.com/docs/users-guide-9.0/#p-linstor
