[DRBD-user] drbmanage erro when create resource with name proxy

One of these "I want to use DRBD9, but loaded a DRBD8.4 module" cases?
(cat /proc/drbd).

If not, paste the res file that failed. If the .tmp file is not valid,
it gets moved to a .q file.
