[DRBD-user] become-primary-on while using ipaddress instead of hostname

Hi,
  drbd version : 8.4
  setting up drbd replication between 2 hosts on cloud - with same
hostnames .

  in the resource file i am using
     floating "ip-address:7789" ;

  while using IP-address , how can i make use of "become-primary-on"
functionality  .
