This follows the same basic idea as the 'glass cockpit' interfaces in modern aircraft and cars. drbdtop is a monitoring and control utility that shows an even shorter summary of the status for all resources, whether they are in a normal or abnormal state, and allows you to see the detailed information by freezing the status display and then selecting the details page for the failed resource. It also allows you to issue drbdadm commands (like adjust/connect/disconnect/attach/detach/etc.) by pressing hotkeys. drbdmon is a bit more of a 'live' view of what's going on, with automatic expansion of problem details. drbdtop on the other hand shows less details in the live overview, but more details in the per-resource details page, and it can also issue drbdadm commands. br, -- Robert Altnoeder +43 1 817 82 92 0 robert.altnoeder at linbit.com LINBIT | Keeping The Digital World Running DRBD - Corosync - Pacemaker f / t / in / g+ DRBD® and LINBIT® are registered trademarks of LINBIT, Austria.
