[DRBD-user] "drbdmanage resize-volume" fails

Note: "permalinks" may not be as permanent as we would like,

Yes, this is a known bug and was fixed on Oct 3 when another customer
hit this problem, but has not yet been pushed to public repositories.
The fix will be in the next release.
