free disk space?
What is the output of this command:
drbdmanage free-space 2

It should be something like this:
The maximum size for a 2x redundant volume is 1002109952 kiB
(Aggregate cluster storage size: 2346769408 kiB)
Operation completed successfully

Based on your numbers from drbdmanage list-nodes

Equally, the output of:
drbdmanage free-space 3
Should be something like this:
The maximum size for a 3x redundant volume is 0 kiB
(Aggregate cluster storage size: 2346769408 kiB)
Operation completed successfully
