[DRBD-user] Need help setting fence handler and pacemaker 1.1.10 with DRBD 8.3.16 config

Is there a better trigger for this? DRBD is perfectly capable of going 
Primary while still being SyncTarget (or even Diskless, if you get right 
now do it). Is there/could there be something like 'on-reconnect ...'?
