[DRBD-user] fence-peer helper broken, returned 20

Hi,
    still the same problem. can anybody help ? is there any other way .
helper command: /sbin/drbdadm fence-peer minor-1 exit code 20 (0x1400)
passive kernel: block drbd1: fence-peer helper broken, returned 20
