As stated by Marcelo, your scenario does should not require a full sync at all. Furthermore, if your nodes *are* connected, and are both online from pacemaker's point of view, pacemaker *will* be able to promote one of your DRBDs and start your services. You should share your DRBD and CRM configuration with the list, also crm_mon and /proc/drbd output from when promotion doesn't work for you. Finally, there will be kernel logs that indicate why DRBD wants to do a full sync. In all, a lot of stuff, so you should put it into pastebin and post a link to the thread. Thanks, regards, Felix
