[DRBD-user] Please help with slow Replication / Syncing on debian squeeze 6.0, 8-disk RAID6

here's the /proc/drbd output:

I've been changing some disk params as recommended in the IRC (see
wo: entry), but sadly this has had no effect. 

I've also tried using a different interface (one connected to a
gigabit switch), but sync speed was as low as before.
