Please upgrade that cluster to at least DRBD 8.3.11, Heartbeat 3.0.5 (if you must -- Corosync 1.4.x would actually be preferred), and Pacemaker 1.1.6. More recent versions are even better. The stuff you're running is literally riddled with bugs. I realize this isn't helping you much in the situation you're in right now, but seriously -- I doubt you'll get anywhere trying to fix the stack you're currently running on.
