Thanks for the answer. If I use file based block device with GFS2, is the domU 
configuration file still similar like this ?:
disk = [ 'drbd:resource,xvda,w' ]

Yes, if you use a shared cluster file system on top of dual-Primary
DRBD, or on top of an iSCSI target exported from single-Primary DRBD.
Examples of shared cluster file systems are OCFS2 and GFS2.
