[DRBD-user] Status information in /proc/drbd

Note: "permalinks" may not be as permanent as we would like,

The five flags give additional state information. As far as I understand
these flags are

r/s	running/suspended
a	paused waiting for other resource to finish sync
p	peer
u	sync paused by user
d/b/a/n congestion state frozen/backing/async/network

Further details must be provided by Linbit.
