Heartbeat is traditionally used to manage drbddisk:: and Filesystem::
resources, thus promoting the resource to Primary on a prefered cluster
member and managing fail-over in the event of failure of the primary
node.
You can, if you choose not to use heartbeat to automatically manage
failover, use "become-primary-on <host>" in drbd.conf to allow the drbd
init script to promote the resource on that node.
Manual intervention would then be required to promote the other cluster
member in the event of the Primary failing.
