[DRBD-user] drdb and device-mapper problem

Hi,

thanks to drbd #irc i was pointed to Ubuntu bug 246324, which is about
lvm.conf not copied into the initial ram disk.

Fixing this and regenerating the initrd makes drbd fly even on boot up.
