I wouldn't bother. Just set exclude=drbd* in /etc/yum.conf, rpmbuild -tb drbd-8.3.0.tar.gz, and rpm -Uvh --oldpackage drbd-8.3.0.x86_64.rpm. The drbd82/drbd83 packages from the repository will never bother you again.
