Yes, you did not follow the documentation: "on host-name Carries the necessary configuration parameters for a DRBD device of the enclosing resource. host-name is mandatory and must match the Linux host name (uname -n) of one of the nodes." Apart from that: if you plan to use heartbeat and dopd (and you really should!), then you will want to upgrade to the lastet version of drbd and heartbeat. Otherwise this won't work. Regards, Stefan
