Good news:
So, the status become WFBitMapT and the load on redhat increase to
320! This is the real problem.. but
I've tried (users guide show me this, by the way, it's a very good
documentation, congratulations! :D )
drbdsetup /dev/drbd1 syncer -r 30M
and now the load keeps stable.. :D
